Puchteca was once Mexico's greatest wrestler, and is now a crime boss running gangs and scams all over Northern Mexico. He and SuperBad both have interest in a pan-continental wrestling federation, which leads to a lot of conflicts between the two. Puchteca hires ex-wrestlers and ex-valets for his assistants.
